Just a suggestion for the vegan hamburger…

I’m sure like almost every other self-made vegan/vegetarian you have had some kind of bean or veggie burger. However, the BEST I have ever come across have almost always contained hummus in some form.

Hummus as a veggie burger is amazing! YOu combine hummus with various veggies (and maybe even tofu crumbles) and pan-sear, it is fantastic.

By the way, I LOVE your website and youtube channel and I hope that my suggestion helps in your quest for a delicious vegan hamburger!

    Love, Hannah (A serious tofoodie)

dude yeah, please do not do any extra starchy, sugary, gluttonous recipes.
    RATHER, i suggest:
a (traditional?) japanese breakfast -yknow how they have like soup, savory stuff, lots of mini courses
    an english breakfast
saag paneer – except with tofu instead
    samosas
    blondies
    cozy shack-esque rice pudding

I never thought I could gain weight just watching a video. No, not munching on couch potato snack food while watching, just … watching.

I just discovered your show tonight! Guess I’ve watched six episodes. I’ve put them all over Twitter and Facebook. Love the music, your attitude and the food looks great! Super!

    Hi Brittany!
I live in the UK and recently found you on the web. I’m going to have to give you praise along with all the others…I think you and your recipes are fab. People enjoy watching you, you have a great talent and I hope you continue with this site even after you become a famous food photographer or whatever you decide to do after your studies…?
Can you tell me what brand of vegan cream cheese you use? I’m not sure if we can get it here in the UK, but maybe if anyone else who reads your site and lives in the UK can help?
    Thanks, Helen x

Hey there – I always use Tofutti “Better Than Cream Cheese”… not sure if you’ll be able to find it in the UK, but good luck!

I made the chocolate chip ones this morning with help from my 4 year old. I’ve had a hard time with vegan pancakes until now….they were just amazing! And they were really easy for my little girl to help with. Thank you! :)
